If you are booking airport pickup for a return flight, please review the pickup procedure sections below before you arrive at Pearson Airport. For added convenience, our Meet and Greet service is available for passengers who want assistance at baggage claim and escort service to their reserved vehicle.

We track your flight. Our staff meets you outside your airline’s baggage claim with a name sign, assists with luggage, and escorts you to your reserved vehicle. The cost for this service is additional $49.

Terminal 1 Pickup

Turn your phone on after landing. Proceed to Arrivals Level, Door A (Pre-Arranged Limousine) across from Domestic Arrivals. Your chauffeur will text the vehicle make/model and license plate; the vehicle arrives in 2–4 minutes once you’re at Door A.

Terminal 3 Pickup

Proceed to Arrivals Level, Post 7 (Pre-Arranged Limousine). Posts are numbered; your vehicle arrives in 2–4 minutes once you’re at Post 7.

• Reservation changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 25% rescheduling fee.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made at the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged in full, including applicable taxes and fees.
