Aurora Winter Festival 

The Aurora Winter Festival at Ontario Place is happening from November 29th to December 30th. This is a festival that is new to Toronto and to Ontario Place. Located on the East Island, you’ll find yourself in a mystical world full of fun, mystical characters, activities and adventure. And see Ontario Place like you’ve never seen it before. 

Ontario Place 

Experience the Aurora Winter Festival at Ontario Place and explore Aurora’s mystical world. Transformed into a hidden village with “enchanting elements,” inspired by the North Pole. There will be characters, light displays, fun games and activities. When you enter the village you’ll get to explore 4 mystical worlds that include sensory experiences, set designs, sculptures and custom light displays. The Mystical characters will help bring this world to life, you can meet them and really get into the spirit of it all. 

The Mystical Characters 

This world you’re about to enter into is full of characters to meet and some of them include, Thrya, Queen of the Ice Elves, Rivera and Zaos, Ice Elves, who have sworn to protect the mystical world. Meet Yin the Yeti Prince, who loves to have fun and dance to disco music. And of course the big guy himself will be there, Santa and all his elves. And there are so many attractions to experience, such as the Light Dome or the Frozen Pond.

You never have a dull moment when you’re visiting Aurora’s Winter Festival. Here are some of the attractions you can expect to visit:

Tickets For Everyone 

Getting tickets is easy and can be done via the Aurora’s Winter Festival website. Prices for tickets are $14.99 for children (4-12) and Seniors (64+). General admission is $19.99 (13-64) and children ages 1 to 3 are free. This is a fun event for families and friends of all ages. We know getting to Ontario Place and finding parking can be a challenge in a busy city, especially if you’re visiting from out of town.
