The Dessert Wine

Icewine, a rare dessert wine, is produced from the juice of naturally frozen grapes that have been picked in the middle the cold Canadian winter. To ensure the best results, the grapes are picked during temperatures of at least -10C. And authentic icewine is even more unique than regular dessert wines. This is because the grapes freeze and thaw between 8-10 times before they’re picked. Each time they freeze and thaw they create new and more complex flavours.
