How Do I Use It?
To use this new tool, you don’t need to install any apps or complicated programs. You just need an Internet capable device of any screen size, and an Internet connection. To access the web app, you would type in the following in your favourite browser address bar: torontoairportlimo.com/book Once you create a free account you can sign in and start using it. That’s it. Super easy and Free!

- Financial dashboard and reporting tools.
Dashboard – when you first sign in you can see recent usage, organized by time, with the ability to go back in time. You can also see completed rides, and upcoming rides, as well as, how much you and your passengers spent in total. It’s a great overview of all your limousine activities.
Rides – in this view you can see all, upcoming or completed rides and their associated information (eg. confirmation number, date, passengers, routing information, status, total and actions). You can sort by confirmation number, date, passenger, status, total. And you can filter by date ranges. This information can be printer OR exported as PDF or Excel for your personal records. From here you can also modify upcoming rides or cancel them, if allowed.
Users – in this view you can add/delete/update passengers, billing contacts and booking contacts. You can sort by account number, name, type and status. And filtering by user type, status, name, phone, email.
Payment Methods – in this view you can add/delete/update your credit card information. This is used when paying for rides. You can add multiple credit cards and select preferred ones.
Invoices – in this view you can find, sort and filter invoices based on various information such as invoice number, date, status, total, etc. These invoice can be viewed and printed or saved as PDF or Excel. You can go back in time, right from the very begging or when you setup the account with us.
Account Info – this view allows you to update your user information, login information, company information, address information, and contact information. You can also choose what email address should receive confirmation, invoice, payment receipt, etc. And weather or not to send auto notifications. Once you fill in all this information, next time you book a ride or request a quote it will be faster and easier because you don’t have to type it all in again.
Stored Locations – this view lets you add/remove/update locations and points of interest. When you book rides or request quotes you are going from point A to point B. This view allows you to specify what that point is.. meaning what’s the address you’re going to/from. And what type of address is this: home, work or other. Again, this saves you time in the future, because you already have it stored and you don’t have to type it in again and again.
